Baz Counts to Ten
Doctor Goose advises Baz to count to ten when angry. Baz finds a shortcut involving somebody’s teeth.

Doctor Goose gives Badger Baz a straightforward anger-management exercise.
“Baz, when you feel angry, count to ten.”
Baz tries. “One… two… three…”
Unfortunately, a minor bump interrupts his arithmetic.
His rage returns immediately and the furniture begins to suffer.
“I’LL COUNT YOUR TEETH INSTEAD!”
Goose considers adding a helmet to his standard consultation kit.
Behind the Disaster
Pausing before reacting can create a small gap between anger and action. Counting, leaving the situation and practising calming techniques can be useful tools, but they require repetition and willingness to use them.
Repeated aggressive outbursts deserve proper support and accountability. Anger is a feeling; threatening or hurting people is a behaviour.
