Meffff Hits the Gym
Meffff attempts a workout, declares himself a lion four times, and celebrates with the worst possible recovery plan.

Meffff has decided it is time to get fit. He starts with a push-up and a statement of identity: “I’m a lion.”
One sit-up later, the volume goes up: “I’M A LION!” He grabs the dumbbells, unleashes a thoroughly unconvincing roar and collapses onto the gym floor.
His post-workout reward? “TIME FOR MY METHAMPHETAMINES.”
Nothing says a new wellness routine quite like immediately sabotaging it.
Behind the Disaster
Exercise can support mood, sleep and recovery, but it does not cancel the health risks of methamphetamine use. Stimulants can raise heart rate, blood pressure and body temperature, which can make intense exercise especially risky.
Meaningful change comes from the whole routine, including rest, support and safer choices, not a single heroic set of curls.
